Export

  1. Under Which dates, pick All dates, Upcoming only, or Past only
  2. Under File type, pick:
    • Spreadsheet (CSV) — opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets
    • Dirigible Shows file (JSON) — everything, including What are these dates?, for moving your dates to another Dirigible site
  3. Select Download

Import

  1. Select Choose File and pick a CSV or a Dirigible Shows file
  2. Select Preview import. Nothing is saved yet: each row says what will happen
    • New — a date that isn’t on the site yet
    • Update — a date already on the site (same date and venue), with what will change
    • No change — already the same
    • Can’t import — with what to fix in the file
  3. Choose whether dates already on the site are updated from the file or left as they are
  4. Select Import

A spreadsheet needs a Date column and a Venue (or Event name). It also reads Last day, Time, City, State or country, Tickets link, Status, and Note, and common other names for them (“Tickets”, “State”, “Notes”, “Doors”). Dates like 11/14/2026 or Nov 14, 2026 and times like 7pm work. For a starting point, select Download a blank spreadsheet.

Undo

Last import shows what the most recent import did. Undo last import removes the dates it added and puts back the dates it changed, as they were before. Edits made to those dates since the import are lost.
