Security

  • AI-generated text in the plugin's admin screens is always escaped, including inside attributes.

Added

  • Images the AI can't describe after three tries are marked Skipped on the AI Alt Text screen and in the Media Library. Background retries are paced (at most 20 a day per site), a short AI-service outage no longer ends them, and Generate All counts only images it actually described.

Fixed

  • AI error messages already saved as Media Library alt text are cleared in the background and the image is tried again. Only text that reads like an AI error message is cleared (alt text a person typed, such as "No image available", is left alone), each change can be undone, and text already copied into pages by Image blocks isn't touched.
  • AI replies such as "Please provide the image you would like me to describe." are never saved as alt text, excerpts or SEO descriptions.
