• A visitor who lands while the plugin is being updated sees "This site is updating, refresh in a minute" instead of a critical error, and error replies never include server file paths.
• The Customizer can't crash when the Dirigible theme is missing or older.

• Hours Today and Next Opening now use the site's timezone (Settings → General) instead of UTC. On US sites, "today" used to switch to tomorrow in the evening.
• On cached pages, those lines now correct themselves to the visitor's current day before the page shows. Before, they kept the day the page was cached, for up to 30 days.
