Bookings

Overview

Everything under Bookings in the admin lives here. Each bookable (Public Skate, Firepit Rental) has its own page with a Booking Form block, and its settings in the sidebar under the Bookable tab. For a step-by-step setup, start under Usage → Getting Started.

What visitors see

The bookable's page shows your description and the Booking Form: the next dates with open sessions, the times on the chosen day with the spots left, then tickets, extras, your questions and the waiver. Full sessions and closed days can't be picked. Prices show only for paid bookables.

Sidebar panels

Tickets: how people book (Pay with WooCommerce or Free reservation), Spots per session, the Ticket types with their prices and how many spots each ticket uses, Most tickets in one booking, and Show spots left.

Sessions & Hours: Session length, the Weekly hours that are cut into sessions, Days ahead people can book, when booking stops before a session starts, and an optional season.

Closed Days & Special Hours: dates that are closed or have different hours. These replace the weekly hours on their dates; a lower row wins when dates overlap.

Extras: add-ons with a price and a limit per booking, like skate rental.

Booking Form: Questions asked with every booking, the Waiver text people sign by typing their name, the button text, the message shown when nothing can be booked, and (free reservations) where reservation notices go.

Where bookings go

Bookings → Schedule lists who's coming to each session, with check-in and a CSV download. The Bookings list shows each bookable's checkout type and how many spots are booked over the next seven days. Paid bookings are also on their WooCommerce orders.
