Overview

Categories (Category Name (Plural) under Cards → Settings, default Categories) group cards. The Cards block uses them for Restrict Cards, Filter buttons, and Stratified headings.

Add categories under Cards → Categories (the menu label follows your names under Cards → Settings).

Details

  • Parent and child categories: yes
  • Category pages: none
  • Cards list: a Categories column shows each card's categories

Tips

  • Add categories before you turn on Filter or pick Stratified, or those views stay empty.
  • Filters to Display only changes which buttons appear. Restrict Cards changes which cards are listed.
  • Rename categories under Cards → Settings if “Category” is the wrong word (for example Medium or Program).
