Appearance
Overview
Find these under Aircraft → Settings, in Appearance. They add a texture behind the fleet's panels and set the style of the small uppercase labels (Speed, Range, Passengers, Partner Aircraft) on aircraft pages.
These settings used to be under Appearance → Customize → Dirigible Fleet. They moved with the same values, and old links to the Customizer open the new page. On a site whose Dirigible theme hasn't updated yet, they're still in the Customizer.
Settings
Panel Textures
- Light Panel Texture and Light Texture Opacity (%): an image laid over the light panels on aircraft pages (the description section, and the specs bar and baggage panels when White Text is off), at the chosen opacity (default 10%)
- Dark Panel Texture and Dark Texture Opacity (%): the same for the dark panels: the specs bar, baggage panels and Available Aircraft section on aircraft pages, and the dark panels of Aircraft Classes, Aircraft Class Strip, and Aircraft Explorer
Choose an image from the Media Library, or select Remove for flat panels.
Labels
- Label Transform: Uppercase (default), Lowercase, Capitalize or None
- Label Font Size (em), Label Font Weight, Label Letter Spacing (em): size, weight, and letter spacing of the small labels on aircraft pages (default 0.6em, 700, 0.05em). The blocks keep the defaults
The preview under Aircraft Pages shows a sample aircraft with these settings as you change them. Select Save Settings to keep them.
Tips
- A faint topographic or line pattern at 10–20% works well. The plugin ships three topography patterns in its
publicfolder you can upload to the Media Library. - Pages the site has already cached can take a little while to show a change.
