Featured Articles
Usage
The Featured Articles block shows the articles you pick under Articles, in that order. Search for Featured Articles in the block inserter.
Each card shows the article's featured image, its category, title, excerpt, its contributors, and the issue it belongs to, all linking to the article or issue.
When to use it
Use it on the home page or a landing page to point readers at a few articles from across issues. For a whole issue, link to the issue page instead.
Tips
- The Articles picker has a search box and an issue filter, which helps once the archive is large.
- Seamless drops the card background and padding, so the images and text sit straight on the page.
- Set a Featured Image and an Excerpt on each article you feature, or its card looks empty.
