Locations Settings
Overview
These settings control location URLs, what locations are called in the admin, whether they show up in site search, and which details appear on location pages.
Where to find these settings
- In the WordPress admin, go to Appearance → Customize
- Open Dirigible Locations
- Adjust settings in the Settings sub-panel
Settings
- Slug — the part of location URLs after your domain (default
locations). Save Settings → Permalinks after changing it. - Exclude From Search — leave locations out of site search results (the locator blocks still work)
- Disable Single Pages — turn off individual location pages and Region and Type pages when you only need listings or a locator
- Single Name / Plural Name / Menu Name — rename "Location" to "Store," "Office," or whatever fits
- Show in Blog — mix locations into your main blog feed
- Show Events — list linked events on location pages (requires Dirigible Events)
- Show Social / Show Phone / Show Site / Show Email / Show Address (default on)
- Show Region / Show Location Type — show the location's Regions or Types on its page (default off)
Tips
- Disable Single Pages suits a locator-only site where nobody needs a page per location.

Leaves locations out of your site's search results. Location Search and admin search still find them.
Turns off individual location pages and Region and Type pages. Listing, map, and search blocks still work. You may need to save Settings → Permalinks.
