Packery Collection
Usage
Packery Collection arranges your work's featured images into a masonry grid. Hovering a tile shows the work's title over a tint. Each tile links to that work’s page.
Leave Collections blank for all work, or pick collections to narrow it down.
When to use it
Use this when the images are the story (photography, architecture, product shots) and you want mixed heights instead of even cards. If each item also needs an excerpt and a link, use Collection with Overlay or Cards.
Works without a featured image are skipped.
Content
- Collections — which Collections to include. Leave blank for all work with a featured image.
- Links — each tile opens the work page. Link to Image is in the sidebar but does not change that destination today.
Appearance
- Order By / Order — Default menu order, or sort by date, title, or last modified
Tips
- Large screens show up to five columns; smaller screens show fewer.
Settings
Collection
Every tile opens the work's page. Link to Image appears in the sidebar but doesn't change that yet.
- Link to ImageStill opens the work page. The image URL is not used.
- Link to WorkOpens the work page (the current behavior for both options).
Which Collections to include. Leave blank to show all work with a featured image.
How works are sorted. Default follows the order in Portfolio.
Ascending or descending after you pick an Order By other than Default.
