Overview

These settings name Portfolio in the admin, set its URLs, and choose the page the optional return link opens.

Where to find these settings

  1. In the WordPress admin, go to Appearance → Customize
  2. Open Dirigible Portfolio
  3. Select the Setup sub-panel

  • Slug — the part of work URLs after your domain (default work)
  • Single Name / Single Plural — what one item and many items are called, like Work / Works or Project / Projects
  • Portfolio Name — the admin menu name (default Portfolio)
  • Collection Slug — the URL part for collection pages (default work-collections)
  • Portfolio Page — where the Return link on project pages goes

Tips

  • After changing either slug, go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save.
  • Set Portfolio Page before you turn on Include Return Link under Single Page.

Slug

The part of work URLs after your domain (default work). After changing it, go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save.

Single Name

What one item is called (default Work).

Single Plural

What many items are called in lists and the admin (default Works).

Portfolio Name

Admin menu name (default Portfolio).

Collection Slug

The part of collection page URLs after your domain (default work-collections). After changing it, go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save.

Portfolio Page

Where the Return link on project pages goes. Set this before you turn on Include Return Link.
