Events by Location

Usage

Events by Location lists events associated with a specific Dirigible Locations post. The block only registers when Dirigible Locations is active.

Use it on location detail pages — a venue, branch, or campus — to answer "what's happening here?" without filtering a site-wide Events block manually.

For category filters or preferred-image behavior across all venues, use the Events block instead.

Settings

Content

  • Location — select a locations post (required)
  • Display — Default (Ongoing & Future) (default), Ongoing, Past, Future, or All
  • Display As — List, Cards (default), or Mini
  • Columns — when Display As is Cards or Mini

Appearance

Same styling controls as the Events block: title style, image show/hide and aspect ratio, excerpt, link style/text, spacing, and optional address fields. Excerpt and link default to Hide for compact location pages.

Block width

Events by Location supports Wide (default) and Full alignment.

Tips

  • Link events to locations via the Location field on each event post (in Event Information).
  • For all-venue tour listings, use the Events block instead.
