Events Single Template
Overview
These settings pick the layout new event pages start with and which details show on every event page.
Settings
- Default Single Template — Sidebar (default), Default (full-width), Simple, Billboard, or Article
- Show Phone — default on
- Show Website — default on
- Show Email — default on
- Show Address — default on
- Show Categories — default on
- Show GCal Link — an Add to Google Calendar link (default on)
- Show Excerpt — whether new Single Event blocks start with the excerpt showing (default on)
Tips
- Change Layout in the Single Event block on any event that needs something other than the default.

The layout new events start with. You can change it on any event in the Single Event block settings.
Show Phone
Show Website
Show Email
Turn off when you'd rather people reach you through a form.
Show Address
Turn off for online events or when the location is covered in the page content.
Show Categories
Shows each event's categories on its page (default on).
Show GCal Link
Adds an Add to Google Calendar link to event pages (default on).
Show Excerpt
Sets whether new Single Event blocks start with Show Excerpt on. Events you've already made keep their own setting.
