Ticketing

When Enable Ticketing is on under Appearance → Customize → Dirigible Events → Ticketing, and WooCommerce is active, a Ticketing panel appears in the event editor.

Turn on Sell tickets for this event to create a hidden WooCommerce product linked to that event. Visitors see a buy button on the single-event layout; checkout, order emails, QR codes, staff check-in, and attendee lists run through WooCommerce.

Single price (default):

• Ticket price — use 0 for free tickets
• Button text — optional; defaults to a price-aware label
• Capacity — maximum tickets; leave empty for unlimited
• Show stock — display remaining tickets under the buy button

Ticket types (optional): Add types such as Adult, Child, or VIP when you need different prices or stock rules. Each type can Manage stock with a Stock mode:

• Count toward total — no type limit — sales deplete the venue capacity only
• Count toward total — with type limit — also caps how many of that type can sell
• Separate stock — its own pool; does not reduce shared venue remaining

When types are enabled, Total / venue capacity is the shared pool for modes that count toward the event total.

The panel also shows sold counts and links to View orders, View attendees, and the linked WooCommerce product when sales exist.

Recurring events + ticketing:

• On a series parent, ticket settings apply to the parent date and all generated occurrences. Detached occurrences keep their own settings. Sold dates still receive price and capacity updates; remaining stock is capacity minus tickets already sold.
• On an occurrence, ticket settings initially come from the parent. Editing ticket fields on that occurrence detaches it from the parent sync (sales from orders are always preserved).

When Sell tickets for this event is on, Event Meta hides Ticket Price, Ticket URL, and Ticket Availability — structured data uses the WooCommerce offer instead.
