Answers

Overview

Answers are the knowledge-base articles. The admin menu is Answers, separate from Manifest. Create them under Answers → Add New Answer.

The editor is limited to Image, Paragraph, Heading, Gallery, Video, List, Embed, and Buttons. Assign Categories so listings and answer sidebars can group them.

WordPress features

  • Supports: title, editor, revisions
  • Archive: none — use a Knowledgebase block on a page
  • Public URL: yes — /knowledgebase/{name}/
  • Featured image / excerpt / page attributes: not used
  • Allowed blocks: Image, Paragraph, Heading, Gallery, Video, List, Embed, Buttons

An answer single shows a sidebar of titles in the same categories, plus a back link when Knowledgebase Page is set.

Tips

  • Write the question as the title. Keep the body to the answer.
  • Always assign a category so related answers appear in the sidebar.
  • You cannot add a Knowledgebase block inside an answer — that block belongs on a normal page.
