You can place only one Knowledgebase block on a page. Answers list AβZ by title. The block includes a search field.
Point Knowledgebase Page at that page under Appearance β Customize β Dirigible Manifest β Settings. Answer singles then show a back link. Back to Knowledgebase Text is the label (default Back to Knowledgebase). Leave Knowledgebase Page empty if you do not want a back link.
Optional FAQ
You can also add Knowledge Base FAQ on a page, including inside a Section or Columns. It is a compact, searchable list of the same answers β useful beside other page content.
Category archives
Each category has a public archive at /knowledgebases/{category}/. That page is a Knowledgebase listing already filtered to that term. Answer sidebars link to those archives.
Tips
- Assign every answer a category so the sidebar on an answer single can list related titles.
- Keep the Knowledgebase page as a normal page in your nav; there is no built-in
/knowledgebase/index archive. - After you set Knowledgebase Page, open an answer on the front end and confirm the back link.
