Forms tools live under Dirigible → Tools & Maintenance. Email deliverability check is always available. Gravity Forms cards appear only when Gravity Forms is installed and active. Overview: Using Tools & Maintenance.

Email deliverability check

Mail-config sanity check: SPF/DMARC presence for notification domains, PHPMailer introspection, and an optional one-message transport test. Not a deliverability guarantee.

  1. Open the card and run the analysis.
  2. Optionally send a one-message transport test.
  3. Fix DNS or mail settings outside WordPress when the report flags them.

GF config audit

Per-form scan for notification and confirmation problems — broken routing, missing confirmations, advisory flags. Read-only.

  1. Load forms from the card.
  2. Run the audit.
  3. Fix forms in Gravity Forms from the findings.

GF entries & uploads bloat

Entry/spam/trash counts, estimated table sizes, draft submissions, and orphaned upload candidates. Read-only — use Forms cleanup to delete.

Forms cleanup

Permanently delete spam/trash entries, expired save-and-continue drafts, and orphaned upload files.

  1. Scan first.
  2. Confirm what will be removed.
  3. Act — no undo.

Prefer scanning with GF entries & uploads bloat so you understand volume before cleanup.

Tips

  • Form styling and placement belong in the editor and Customizer — these tools are audits and cleanup, not design.
  • After cleanup, submit a test entry on a critical form to confirm notifications still send.
