Show missing WooCommerce products

A WooCommerce product can be published and still not show up in the shop. Check two things: whether the product is set to appear, and whether the list has room for it. To change how the shop looks (card style, titles, cart buttons), see Style the WooCommerce shop.

Check the product's visibility

1. Go to Products and open the missing product.
2. Find Catalog visibility, usually in the Publish box.
3. Set it to Shop and search results so it appears in the shop, on category pages, and in search.
4. Check that the product is Published, in stock (or set to show when out of stock), and assigned to the category you're looking at.
5. Click Update.

Hidden keeps a product out of the shop and categories. Shop only and Search results only can explain a product that shows up in one place but not another.

Draft, private, and password-protected products never appear for shoppers.

Products block: add more rows or columns

The Products block only shows as many products as Columns × Rows. Three columns and two rows means six products, no matter how many you have.

1. Edit the page and select the Products block.
2. In the block sidebar, open the Layout settings.
3. Raise Columns or Rows until every product fits.
4. Click Update.

If the block is filtered to a category or to hand-picked products, also check that the missing product is included.

Shop and category pages: show more per page

Dirigible's Appearance → Customize → Store → Product Catalog changes how product cards look, not how many appear on a page. To show more products per page:

1. Go to Appearance → Customize.
2. If there's a WooCommerce → Product Catalog panel, raise the products per row and rows per page.
3. Otherwise, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Products and look for the products-per-page setting (its name varies by WooCommerce version).
4. Save, then check the category page in a private window so you're not seeing an old cached copy.
