Products Aren’t Showing on Product Category Page or Product Block

How to set the number of products that appear in product blocks or in product archives.

If you find that some of your products are not displaying in a product block or on a product archive page, you’ll want to check the display settings.

Display Settings for a Product Block

There are a number of product blocks you may use to display products on a page. In this example, we’ll look at the Products by Category Block.

If you notice products missing from your product block, open the block settings menu.

Under Layout, you will see options for increasing the number of columns and/or rows in your product grid. Once you’ve set your desired number of columns, increase the number of rows displayed until all chosen products are visible.

To increase the number of products displayed on a Product Category Page, select Customize.

Within the customizer menu, select Store.

Then, select Product Catalog.

There, you will see options for increasing the number of columns and/or rows per page. Once you’ve set your desired number of columns, increase the number of rows displayed until desired products are visible.
