Product Catalog
Usage
Open Appearance → Customize → Integrations → Product Catalog when WooCommerce is active. Choose Layout for a full-width grid or a sidebar shop. Set Product Card Title for how product names look on the catalog (visual preset only — names stay paragraphs in the page outline).
Adjust Product Image Fit for cover vs contain cropping, toggle Enable Excerpt for short descriptions on the shop page, and turn Enable Add to Cart Button on for a quick-add badge on simple products (variable products still link to the product page). Shopping Cart Type sets the cart label in the header and utility nav.
When to use it
- Launching or refreshing a WooCommerce shop before fine-tuning individual product pages.
- Switching from a dense grid to a sidebar layout with filters or category widgets.
- Highlighting simple SKUs visitors can add without opening each product.
Tips
- Product Card Title presets mirror your global heading styles — match Styles → Header scales for consistency.
- Quick add-to-cart applies to simple products only; bundles and variations need the single product template.
- Cart label changes appear wherever the theme shows the WooCommerce cart icon.
- If this panel is missing, confirm WooCommerce is installed and activated.
