Usage

Open Appearance β†’ Customize β†’ Pop-up β†’ Content after you enable the pop-up under Pop-up β†’ Settings. Enter Headline and Subheadline, add an optional Image, and write Body copy (HTML allowed).

To collect sign-ups inside the modal, set Gravity Form ID to your newsletter form (0 disables the form). For a button instead, choose Link Page and Link Text β€” both must be set for the link to appear. Headline and subheadline visual styles are under Pop-up β†’ Settings.

When to use it

  • Announcements, promos, or newsletter prompts that should appear once per visit or on a schedule.
  • Seasonal offers with a hero image and short supporting copy.
  • Driving visitors to a full sign-up page when the form is too long for a small modal.

Tips

  • Gravity Form ID requires Gravity Forms β€” use the same ID as elsewhere on the site.
  • Link and form can coexist; keep the message short so the modal stays scannable.
  • Update content when you want returning visitors to see the pop-up again (especially when Reshow After is 0).
  • Test delay, position, and page limits from Pop-up β†’ Settings in a private browser window.
