Animations

Usage

Open Appearance → Customize → Settings → Animations to decide how much motion visitors see. Load Animations adds gentle entrance effects when a page first appears. Scroll Animations lets blocks fade or slide in as visitors scroll.

Both are on by default. Turn either off for a calmer site or a slightly lighter page load.

When to use it

• A marketing home page where the hero and sections should feel lively on the first visit.
• Content-heavy sites where scroll motion feels distracting. Turn off Scroll Animations.
• Pages that flicker or stagger on slow connections. Turn off Load Animations.

Tips

• Load Animations only affects the moment a page appears. Scroll Animations is separate.
• Scroll effects stay off for visitors whose device is set to reduce motion.
