Social Media
Usage
Open Appearance → Customize → Settings → Social Media and enter only the marked part of each URL — usually your username or profile path, not the full link. Email and Phone are separate contact fields that appear alongside social icons.
Filled-in platforms automatically show in the Socials block and other theme modules that read these settings. Leave a network blank to hide that icon.
When to use it
- First-time setup before placing a Socials block in the footer or a link-in-bio layout.
- Adding a new network (Bluesky, Threads, TikTok) after a rebrand.
- Keeping phone and email consistent with Footer & Contact → Contact Information.
Tips
- Phone expects international format with no spaces (for example
+1234567890). - LinkedIn uses
company/your-pageorin/your-name— enter only the path segment shown in the placeholder. - Legacy Twitter and X are separate fields; fill the one you actively use.
- Mastodon, WhatsApp, and Discord each use a short handle or invite segment — follow the placeholder pattern for that row.
